Brandon Eugene Anderson, affectionately known as Gene, was born September 17, 1984, to Brandon and Esther Murray Anderson. He was the youngest of two children. Gene took flight from this life to the blessed promised life on Wednesday, November 2, 2022.
Gene was baptized at an early age under the leadership of Reverend Robert N. Elzia, Jr. at Pines Chapel Missionary Baptist Church. He served faithfully as an usher under the guidance of Sister Annie Will Backie. Gene was a member of Greater Pines Chapel when the Lord called him home.
Gene was educated in the Dougherty County School System, graduating from Dougherty Comprehensive High School in 2003.
Gene always believed in working and helping others whenever and wherever there was a need. Gene was employed with the Pilot Travel Center at the time of his death.
Brandon Eugene had a great love for his family and friends. To cherish the many memories created during his lifetime, he leaves his parents, Brandon and Esther Anderson; two brothers, Eddie Anderson and Derrick Evans; two sisters, Lamonica Clark Anderson and Sheralyn Davis; two nieces, Alicia Anderson and Shantavious Hodges; one nephew, Davion Anderson; two great-nieces, Rylee Anderson and Laila Inman; four aunts, Mary (Timothy) Williams and Margaret Gooden, Hattie Martin and Cynthia Anderson; three uncles, Eddie (Lena) Murray, Jr., Rogers Anderson and Larry (Pamela) Hagan; four great-aunts, Ruby Sweeney, Glenda Crump, Marion Vickerson, and Vanessa (Joseph) Shorter; a special friend, Jayda Washington; a host of loving cousins, and friends.
