Carolyn (Keaton) Trice

Mrs. Carolyn Keaton Trice was born in Camilla, Georgia, to Mrs. Ethel Allen Butts and the late Leroy Keaton, Sr.

She was educated in the Dougherty County School System and graduated from Monroe High School. She also attended Darton College. She was a member of the Bibleway Missionary Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her son, John Lee Trice III; and two brothers, Leroy Keaton, Jr. and Leorn Keaton, Sr.

She leaves to cherish her memories: one daughter, Kimberly Letesha Trice; mother, Mrs. Ethel Allen Butts (late Ulysses); stepmother, Ella Keaton Murray (late Herbert); one grandson, Jatavius “Tay” Trice; three brothers, Sampson Allen, Samuel Allen, and Henry Lee Allen (Shirley); a host of cousins, nieces, and nephews, and a best friend, Joyce Warren.
