Mr. Clyde Jones was born on June 5th, 1948 in Dawson Georgia to the late Mr. Leroy and Mrs. Elizabeth Jones.
He attended school in Terrell County and served in the United States Army (April 1967 -March 1970) with Honor during the Vietnam War with the rank of Sergeant.
Clyde worked many years at Firestone in Albany as well as his own cleaning service, Diversified Cleaning, along side his wife.
He leaves behind his wife Linda Hunter-Jones, daughters: Yolanda Marshall, Cassie (Danny) Hunter, Linda (Latravious) Anderson, Katie Anderson, sons: Clyde Jones Jr. (deceased), Timothy (Lataya) Hunter, Garcolas, and Willie Anderson. Siblings: Leroy Jones Jr., (deceased), Robert Jones (deceased), Sanford Jones (deceased), Ulysses Sutton (deceased) Willie Mae Pope (deceased), Gertha Floyd (deceased), Gloria Jones-Oxford (deceased), Ann Sutton-Amos of Manhattan New York, Walter (Carol) Jones, Cedar-town, Georgia and Dennis Jones of Dawson. In-Laws: Jerome Alexander(deceased), Jacqueline (Ray) Thomas, Curtis (Glenda) Richardson, Jefferey Hunter (deceased), Brady Kendrick (deceased), Shelia (Bruce Wayne) Carter-Hill, Wille Lee Carter, Carol Carter. Clyde cherished a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
