Erick Lamar Reese was born December 24, 1972, to Mr. Jim Reese and the late Gloria L. Carr in Albany, GA
He confessed Jesus Christ as his Lord and Saviour at an early age and joined the First Bethesda Baptist Church where he served on the usher board for many years.
Erick received his basic education while attending the public schools in Dougherty County.
He was united in matrimony to his loving wife, who he adored, Mrs. Sharmeen Reese. Erick was a loving husband, stepfather, son, brother, and uncle who supported any family member or friend in need of help. He can best be remembered as someone who can be serious when he’s in the mood but when his mood changed, he often displayed his sense of humor and his amazing personality.
Erick was employed by CHEP until his passing.
Our thoughts are filled with sorrow at the thought of our loved one not being in our presence, but tears will stop when we realize Erick will be in our hearts forever.
He leaves a legacy of love and cherished memories with his loving wife, Sharmeen Reese; stepdaughters, Quantecia (Jeremy) Watson, Brittney (Trenese) Thrower, Uniquia, Justice, Precious and Tawosia, all of Albany, GA; sixteen grandchildren; a loving father, Jim Reese; mother-in-law, Ola (Soloman) Carr Flowers; father-in-law, Isaih Thrower; sisters, Debra Harris, Tonja McGowan, Constance Carr, all of Albany, GA, Glendale C.
