John Pace Bryant (Tank) was born in Albany, GA, September 22, 1944. He was the son of the late Edward Bryant, Sr. and the late Lucy Mary Pollard Bryant.
He was a veteran of the United States Air Force.
He is preceded in death by his five sisters, Lucille Bryant Armstrong, Ruby Bryant Stanford, Rhodie Bryant Townsend, Nellie Bryant Marshall, and Sara Bryant; and four brothers, Edward Bryant, Paul Bryant, William Bryant, and James Bryant.
He leaves to adore his loving and jovial memories, his wife, Mary V. Harpe Bryant (Ethel); four children, Lucrecia Bryant King (Christopher), Brian Shawn Harpe (Courtney), Tomeko Bryant Hall (Aaron), and John Michael Bryant; thirteen grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and life-long friends.
