Kavon Darrell Burns, born August 9, 2002, in Albany, Georgia, passed away on April 12, 2026, in Jacksonville, Florida.
He proudly served as a member of the United States Navy.
He was deeply loved by his family and will be remembered for his gentle spirit, bright presence, and the love he carried for those closest to him.
Kavon is survived by his mother, Veronica Burns, his father, Antonio “Tony” Brown, and his stepmother, Danielle Salter.
He leaves behind his two daughters, Cailo Kalani (born April 1, 2024) and Cleo Kalina Cabiara (born November 3, 2025), who were his world.
He is also survived by his siblings: Lonzell Morgan, Quiron Burns, Corelontae Sutton, Antonio Brown Jr., Zoey Brown, Antonio Felder, Jashawn Salter, Nadalya Ford, and Keasia Salter.
Kavon was cherished by his grandmothers, Kathy Burns & the late Samantha Grier, his uncles Johnny Burns, Anthony Brown, and his wife Tanisha Brown, and Donquerrious Brown, as well as his great aunt and uncle, Cheryl and
Kevin Clark, along with the rest of his family and friends, will love and remember him always.
The family honors his life with love, gratitude, and the lasting impact he leaves behind.
