Kenny Malone, b.k.a. “Kenny G,” was born on September 18, 1964, to the parentage of the late Clara Lue Malone, and the late Johnnie Lee Jones in Albany, GA. He was summoned home to the Lord on July 3, 2023.
Kenny was educated in the public schools of Dougherty County graduating from Monroe High School, class of 1982. After high school, he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps. Later, he joined APD as a narco.
At an early age, Kenny accepted Christ as his savior and was baptized at Mount Hebron Baptist Church.
On July 3, after a prolonged illness, Kenny gained his heavenly wings. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Samuel Malone, and James Malone; and his sister, Yvonne Terrell of Albany, GA.
Cherished memories will forever remain with his beloved daughter, Chloe Danielle Hayes. He leaves behind his sister and caregiver, Gloria Malone; a brother, Mack (Betty) Malone of Albany, GA; aunts and uncles, Juanita (David) Reese of Albany, GA, Authur (Mary) Moore, Jr., Elk Grove, CA, Eddie Hendley, Macon, GA; godbrothers, Derrick Davis, and Lorenzo Lockett; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
