Robbie Selena Dixon was born on February 16, 1968, at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital. She was born to Johnny William Dixon, Sr., and Annie Lois Dixon Brown.
As a young adolescent, she took an interest in playing basketball. She played during her middle school years and also during her high school years at Westover High School.
Robbie gave her life to the Lord and became a devoted member of the Church of the Living Word where she served and was later baptized. She was a great servant for the Lord and loved helping people.
Robbie departed this life on October 3, 2021. She leaves behind her three children, Karlissia, Kerteria, and Christopher Linkhorn; her seven grandchildren, Mykeil Linkhorn, Konterrious Jackson, Ja’Naja Linkhorn, Karissa Brown, Tyler Brown, and Karlye Jackson; eleven brothers and sisters, Dennis Dixon, Calvin Dixon, Derrick Linkhorn (Drucilla) Micheal Linkhorn, Vanessa, Leonard Linkhorn, Derrick Dixon, Theresa Linkhorn, Johnny Dixon, Jr., and Monericka Dixon; her parents, Johnny Dixon, Sr. and Annie Dixon; and a host of other relatives.
Robbie will truly be missed. She was a helper and giver at heart.” To know her was to love her.”
