Roslyn Faye (Anthony) Lyons

Mrs. Roslyn Faye Anthony Lyons, 77, of Albany, GA, passed away on Tuesday, May 23, 2023. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.

Faye had a passion for fashion and decorating and was well known for her sense of style. She served as co-founder and director of the Cal-Fay Full-Figured Models and Social Club for over 20 years. She will be remembered best by her beloved church family for decorating the sanctuary of the First Apostolic Church in Albany, GA. 

Mrs. Lyons was preceded in death by her husband, Calvin Lyons Sr.; mother, Lizzie Anthony; brother, Frank Hooks; sisters, Dorothy Holsey, Minnie Weekfall, and Ophia Young.

She is survived by her children: Tonya Lyons (Darrell), Los Angeles, Calvin "Skip" Lyons (Angela), Atlanta, Kiwanis Lyons, Covington and Todd Lyons, Atlanta.; 12 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins; and adopted sister, Geraldine Brooks.
