Timothy James, Jr.

Timothy James, Jr., 25, of Albany, Georgia, departed this life on Tuesday, June 2, 2020, in Columbus, Georgia.

A native of Albany, Georgia, Timothy (TJ) James, Jr., was born on October 28, 1994, the son of Timothy James, Sr., and the late Penny Barnes James. He accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior at an early age and united with Eureka Baptist Church.

TJ was a graduate of Monroe High School in 2013 in Albany, Georgia. He furthered his education at Darton State College in Albany, Georgia. He was employed by Apple Inc. in Columbus, Georgia.

Survivors include his father, Timothy (Timika) James, Sr.; a sister, Kiara Stevenson; three stepbrothers, Eugene T. Watkins, Mylan Mahoney, and Christopher Bonner; one stepsister, Tiranda Plummer, all of Albany, Georgia; a grandmother, Annie James of Albany, Georgia; two nephews, Rylan Sanders and Karsen Coward of Albany, Georgia; one niece, Eva Watkins of Albany, Georgia; and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, family and friends.
